On Monday I will start carpooling. Today – I drove. Very slowly and painfully to work. I stayed in the slow lane the entire time and averaged about 58 mph. Some joined me while others sped around me as fast as they could.
Last night I was very busy getting ready for my mother in law to stay with us a few days.
I finally got around to eating. I made waffles. The old fashion way. I mixed them up from scratch. My wife thought I was nuts as we have two boxes of the pre-made stuff just sitting there. They tasted great she said, my mother in law also loved them.
Is it time we start buying staples only?
I have received a lot of feedback from you on the boycott of ExxonMobil.
You can see the comments for yourself on that post
Obviously, this is a hot issue and people are searching for it. It is time we act. I am gathering steam and getting ready – together we can make a difference but we need to keep in mind that all previous efforts, boycotts, have failed. It won’t be enough to make a little stand – we’re going to have to really nail this one. I will keep you updated. Please keep passing alone this link as I seek more input.
Ideas –
Boycott ExxonMobil Only
Stop buying other goods – go back to the basics.
National Slow Down – drive under 60 for a month.
